This site belongs to the TankDev software and technology brand. You can contact us at info@tankdev.tech.

Data we collect
The form collects your name, email address and message. It also records the project category associated with the referring product page, site language, submission time and request status. The current web form does not ask for a phone number or company. A salted hash of the IP address is used to limit abuse; the contact record stores this hash rather than the raw IP. This does not mean that the data is fully anonymous.

How we use it
This information is used to evaluate your request, respond to you, and manage the related communication. It is not used for behavioural advertising, automated profiling, or building marketing lists.

Data storage
Requests are stored in a database. If administrator email notifications are enabled, request content is also sent to an authorised email address to manage the response. Hosting, database and email infrastructure support these operations. Infrastructure providers and storage countries have not yet been specified in this policy.

Retention
Records are retained for as long as necessary to evaluate your request and manage the related communication. To request correction or deletion of your data, contact info@tankdev.tech.

Cookies
The site uses a language preference cookie and local browser storage to remember that the notice was dismissed. Authorised administrator sign-in also creates a session cookie. See the Cookie Policy for details.
